Chuck Bandy

Chuck Bandy is the avocado division manager at McMillan Farm Management. He is a partner in 30 acres of avocados. Chuck was born and raised in Escondido where he observed his father as a grower. Chuck majored in political science at San Diego State University and eventually joined the avocado business in the 1970s. He approaches his personal groves and those he manages with a hands-on attitude. He prefers to be outside and on foot than inside and on the phone. Chuck’s second favorite place to be is in the kitchen, minus the apron.
