Ingredients

  • 4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled and seeded.
  • 1 Tbsp.fresh lime juice
  • 1 cupfinely diced fresh mango
  • 1 cupfinely diced fresh pineapple, well-drained
  • ¼ cupshredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp.crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp.salt

Instructions

  1. Coarsely mash (DO NOT PUREE) Fresh California Avocados.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients.

Serving Suggestions:
Place guacamole in the center of a platter surrounded by sweet potato or plantain chips.

Beverage Pairings:
Serve with fruity rum cocktails.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.

Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap directly against the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate.
