Ingredients

  • 4 ripe, Fresh California avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 2 Tbsp.fresh lime juice
  • cupdiced tomato, seeded and well drained
  • ½ cupchopped green onion
  • 4 serrano chiles, chopped
  • ½ cupchopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp.salt

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Stir in lime juice.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  4. Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible.
  5. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with warm tortilla chips or top your favorite Cinco de Mayo party foods.
