Ingredients
- 3.0003 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and mashed
- 3.0003 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
- 0.250¼ cup minced onion
- 1.0001 lime, juiced and rind grated
- 2.0002 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 0.500½ tsp. salt (coarse, if possible)
- 0.500½ cup mayonnaise
- 1.0001 cup sour cream
- 3.0003 dash hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.
