Ingredients

  • 2.0002 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
  • 1.0001 large ripe tomato, diced
  • 0.250¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2.0002 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2.0002 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1.0001 large lime, juice only
  • 0.500½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 0.250¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.250¼ tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Toss well and maintain chunky consistency.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with tortilla chips or on top of grilled beef, poultry or seafood.
