- 1.0001 ripe California avocado, peeled and seeded
- 1.0001 medium onion, julienned
- 2.0002 large green peppers, julienned
- 2.0002 large red peppers, julienned
- 1.0001 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Fresh Tomato Salsa
Instructions
- Spray skillet with cooking spray.
- Lightly saute onion and green and red peppers.
- Cut avocado into 12 slices.
- Warm tortillas in oven and fill with peppers, onions, avocado slices and salsa.
- Fold tortillas and serve with Fresh Tomato Salsa.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
