Ingredients
- 6.0006 tomatoes, chopped coarsely
- 2.0002 jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
- 1.0001 large onion, chopped
- 0.500½ cup chopped or sliced black olives
- 0.250¼ cup vinegar (optional: rice vinegar)
- 0.250¼ cup chopped garlic
- 1.0001 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1.0001 tsp. or to taste salt
- 0.250¼ cup vegetable oil (or olive oil)
- 2.0002 ripe California Avocados, chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients at least one hour prior to serving.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
