Ingredients
- 1.0001 ripe Fresh California Avocado
- 1.0001 oz. goat cheese
- 0.250¼ tsp. onion powder
- 1.5001 ½ Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 0.125⅛ tsp. black pepper
- 0.000 dash of cayenne pepper
- 0.125⅛ tsp. salt
- 1.0001 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Combine avocado with goat cheese and mix until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature to let flavors blend. Serve.
- Garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprig of cilantro.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
