Ingredients
- 2.0002 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled
- 0.500½ cup finely crumbled, chilled, fresh white goat cheese
- 0.250¼ cup chopped, fresh cilantro
- 2.0002 Tbsp. chopped, toasted pistachio nuts
- 0.250¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 2.0002 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
- Coarsely mash (DO NOT PUREE) avocados.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
