Ingredients
- 4.0004 ripe, Fresh California avocados, seeded and peeled
- 2.0002 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 0.667⅔ cup diced tomato, seeded and well drained
- 0.500½ cup chopped green onion
- 4.0004 serrano chiles, chopped
- 0.500½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1.0001 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Cut avocados into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Stir in lime juice.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible.
- For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.
