Ingredients
- 1.0001 pkg. (6 oz.) Fresh Express® 5-Lettuce Mix™
- 0.250¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 0.500½ cup celery, sliced
- 0.667⅔ cup fresh mango, diced
- 0.250¼ cup red bell pepper, julienne sliced
- 8.0008 oz. small cooked shrimp and/or lump crab meat
- 2.0002 ripe Fresh California Avocados, diced
- 5.0005 oz. Litehouse® Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl toss together Fresh Express 5-Lettuce Mix, red onion, celery, mango and red bell pepper.
- Top with shrimp or crab and ripe Fresh California Avocado.
- Toss with Litehouse Ranch Dressing just prior to serving.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
