Ingredients

  • 1.0001 pkg. (6 oz.) Fresh Express® 5-Lettuce Mix
  • 0.250¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.500½ cup celery, sliced
  • 0.667 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 0.250¼ cup red bell pepper, julienne sliced
  • 8.0008 oz. small cooked shrimp and/or lump crab meat
  • 2.0002 ripe Fresh California Avocados, diced
  • 5.0005 oz. Litehouse® Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl toss together Fresh Express 5-Lettuce Mix, red onion, celery, mango and red bell pepper.
  2. Top with shrimp or crab and ripe Fresh California Avocado.
  3. Toss with Litehouse Ranch Dressing just prior to serving.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
