TURKEY AVOCADO LAVOSH WRAP

Ingredients

  • 6.0006 pieces Lavosh Bread, 18" X 14", cut in half to 9" X 14"
  • 3.0003 lbs. House Brined Smoked Turkey, sliced
  • 6.0006 each Fresh California Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced*
  • 24.00024 each Bacon strips, cooked, crisp
  • 0.750¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3.0003 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 24.00024 slices Tomato, fresh, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Per order
  2. Layout lavosh and as assembling the sandwich, place all ingredients on two thirds of the surface to allow for rolling.
  3. Spread 1 Tbsp. of mayonnaise on the lavosh.
  4. Top with 4 oz. of sliced turkey.
  5. Top with 2 slices of bacon.
  6. Top with 4 half slices of tomato.
  7. Top with 1/2 each sliced Fresh California Avocado.
  8. Top with 1/4 Cups shredded iceberg.
  9. Roll into a wrap and cut in half on a diagonal.

*A large avocado weights about 8 oz. as purchased.
