Ingredients

  • 10.00010 cherry tomatoes
  • 0.250¼ Fresh California Avocado
  • 1.0001 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1.0001 tsp. chopped jalapeno
  • 4.0004 dashes of salt
  • 2.0002 dashes of ground pepper
  • 1.0001 sprig of cilantro
  • 2.0002 basil leaves (optional)
  • 4.0004 oz. tomato juice
  • 1.5001 ½ oz. Silver Tequila

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, muddle together the cherry tomatoes, avocado, onion, jalapeno and herbs. 
  2. Add the salt, pepper, tomato juice and tequila.  Top with ice and shake vigorously.  Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.  Garnish with additional cherry tomatoes and an avocado slice.

* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe.  A large avocado averages about 8 ounces.  If using smaller or larger size avocados, adjust the quantity accordingly.
