Ingredients
- 10.00010 cherry tomatoes
- 0.250¼ Fresh California Avocado
- 1.0001 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1.0001 tsp. chopped jalapeno
- 4.0004 dashes of salt
- 2.0002 dashes of ground pepper
- 1.0001 sprig of cilantro
- 2.0002 basil leaves (optional)
- 4.0004 oz. tomato juice
- 1.5001 ½ oz. Silver Tequila
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, muddle together the cherry tomatoes, avocado, onion, jalapeno and herbs.
- Add the salt, pepper, tomato juice and tequila. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with additional cherry tomatoes and an avocado slice.
* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados, adjust the quantity accordingly.
