Instructions
- Sprinkle lemon juice on avocados to retain color.
- Heat chili thoroughly; then add tomatoes.
- Spoon mixture into avocados and top each with grated cheese.
- Place under broiler briefly until cheese melts.
Serving Suggestions:
Fresh fruit makes a great side dish for this chili.
