Instructions
Double Guacamole Burger
- Grill hamburger patties.
- Build hamburger as follows: bun, lettuce, tomato slice, hamburger patty, cheese slice, Simple Guacamole, second hamburger patty, and top with California Avocado Salsa and the top bun.
Simple Guacamole
- Mix all ingredients.
California Avocado Salsa
- Mix all small ingredients gently.
Yields: 1/2 cup each guacamole and salsa
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with plenty of napkins!
