Instructions
- Cook the onion in vegetable oil over medium heat until onion is golden brown.
- In a food processor work bowl fitted with the steel blade, process the onion, ginger, chile, cilantro, sesame oil and lime juice until the mixture is finely minced. Do not over process.
- Remove the onion mixture from the bowl and combine it with the mashed California Avocado. Season with salt.
- Serve immediately with fried wontons.
