chicken breast...cooked.

Cut into bite size peices

Avocados....peeled, pitted and smoothed in blender.

of low fat or no fat sour cream.

Chopped garlic....as much as you like.

chopped black olives.
Instructions
- Saute garlic in very little oil.
- Add blended avocados, sour cream, black olives and chicken.
- Heat over low heat
- Serve over cooked penne.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
