    Sliced roast turkey, about 1/4" thick

    slice Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 2.000 2
    slices Haas avocado

    Alfalfa or other sprouts

    Croissant, sliced lengthwise
  • 0.000
    Mayonnaise, to your liking

    Salt, Pepper

Instructions

  1. On bottom half of croissant, place: Cheese, turkey slices, avocados
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Top with sprouts.
  4. Spread top of croissant with mayonnaise, and place on top.
