Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix oil, mustard, vinegar, basil and bell peppers. Set aside. Wash mushroom and slice. Add to the dressing mixture and marinate for 10 minutes. Serve each salad potion on a leaf of lettuce. Fan sliced California avocado on top and serve with two slices of grilled Italian bread.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
