Fresh California Avocados, romaine, parmesan cheese and lots of garlic make this a favorite salad recipe.

Instructions
- Prepare dressing at least 1 hour before eating to allow the flavors to mingle.
- Put minced garlic into a small bowl.
- Add cheese and oil.
- Cover and set aside.
- Just before serving toss with romaine lettuce and diced avocado.
Serving Suggestions:
Add grilled fish or poultry for a main-meal salad.
Beverage Pairings:
Try with a glass of Merlot.
