Instructions
- Cut avocados into halves lengthwise.
- Cut avocado balls with melon ball cutter.
- Reserve shells.
- Combine avocado balls, berries, grapes and pineapple.
- Add lemon juice, dash of salt and sugar.
- Mix lightly.
- Spoon into avocado shell.
- Mix cream, giner and 1/2 tsp. salt.
- Spoon over fruit.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
