Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients but the avocado and lettuce.
- Let stand at room temperature for one hour.
- Refrigerate. To serve, place theshredded lettuce on a plate.
- Place avocado on lettuce and spoon tomato mixture over.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
