Instructions
- Place chopped tomato, minced garlic, diced onioin, chopped cilantro, and jalpeno in food processor (or blender if processor is not available).
- Add salsa mixture to mashed avocados.
- Squeeze lemon over mixture, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
