Instructions
- In a bowl mix avocado, lemon juice, garlic.
- Spread avocado mix on bread.
- Place bean sprouts on bread, tomato slice and a slice of cheese on top.
- Preheat oven at 300.
- Let cook for 20 mins until cheese is melted.
- Will make more than one snack
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
