Ingredients
- 12.000 12 english muffins, split
- 24.000 24 slices Canadian bacon or ham, fried
- 24.000 24 eggs, poached
- 6.000 6 California Avocados
- 6.000 6 cupshollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Toast muffin halves.
- Cover each half with 1 ounce bacon or ham, 1 egg, and 1/4 of an avocado, sliced.
- Top each half with 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce.
- Serve immediately.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
