Bacon-Lettuce-Avocado-Blue Cheese sandwich that's heaven for those who love rich, buttery, tangy flavors!
Ingredients

California avocado, sliced

to 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

to 3 slices cooked bacon

romaine lettuce leaf

to 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

slices of toasted wheat bread
Instructions
- Spread mayo on each slice of bread.
- Break up and place bacon slices on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle blue cheese over bacon (if bacon isn't hot enough for cheese to melt, put open faced sandwich in microwave for about 20 seconds)
- Put avocado slices on top of cheese/bacon.
- Put lettuce on top of that.
- Top with second slice of bread.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
