AMANDA'S GUAC

It's an awesome guac recipe that has been thoroughly enjoyed by many avocado enthusiasts.

Ingredients

  • 3.000 3
    Medium-Sized Ripe Tomatos
  • 4.000 4
    California Hass Avocados
  • 1.000 1
    Small Purple Onion
  • 1.000 1 Tbsp.
    Cilantro
  • 1.000 1
    Small California Chile (or other pepper depending upon your heat preference)
  • 1.000 1
    Small Lime (NOT LEMON)
  • 0.000
    Tobasco Sauce
  • 0.000
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Recalculate Ingredients

Choose how many servings you wish to prepare and click Recalculate to adjust the ingredients.

Instructions

  1. In one bowl add diced tomatos & onion; chopped cilantro, lime juice,and California Chile Pepper. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl halve and pit avocado and them scoop out avocado pulp into bowl. Using a fork mask until creamy with some chunks.
  3. Add tomato mixture to avocado mix well and tobasco sauce, salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.

    This Recipe actually made my sister, who used to hate guacamole - LOVE IT! I couldn't believe it. So now she declares that she will only eat "her sister's guacamole"...Love it! It really is the perfect guacamole, with the right blend of flavors. We love it here at our avocado orchard!
