Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion, and cook, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until onion is caramel colored.
- Process 1 sliced avocado and next 3 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides; spread over pizza crust.
- Top with onion, remaining avocado, bell peppers, olives, and cheese.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
