Instructions
- Process first 7 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Cover and chill 1 hour.
- Dollop each serving with sour cream, if desired.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
