Grilled chicken breasts topped with Fresh California Avocado, tomato and mozzarella cheese.

ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced

large beefsteak tomato, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces

slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Season and grill the chicken breasts until juices run clear.
- Pre-heat broiler.
- Place chicken breasts on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Layer avocado, tomato and cheese slices on top of the chicken.
- Broil until the cheese is bubbly, but not too brown.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with your favorite steamed vegetables and a garden salad.
Beverage Pairings:
Delicious with a glass of Chardonnay.
