These golden brown beer-battered fritters make a quick and easy hors d'oeuvre. Guests always remark that they've never had cooked avocados and how good they taste.
Ingredients

jalapeno, finely minced

avocados, diced

small raw shrimp, cleaned & peeled
Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients to form batter.
- Fold in avocado and shrimp.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of mixture into hot oil.
- Fry approximately 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain and serve hot.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
