This salsa "with other things" is a good thing when you add jalapenos and chunky avocados!
Ingredients
- 6.000 6 tomatoes, chopped coarsely
- 2.000 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
- 1.000 1 large onion, chopped
- 0.500 ½ cupchopped or sliced black olives
- 0.250 ¼ cupvinegar (optional: rice vinegar)
- 0.250 ¼ cupchopped garlic
- 1.000 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1.000 1 tsp.or to taste salt
- 0.250 ¼ cupvegetable oil (or olive oil)
- 2.000 2 ripe California Avocados, chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients at least one hour prior to serving.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
