Instructions
- Gently toss avocado with lemon juice; reserve.
- Whisk mustard into vinaigrette.
- Toss turkey, dried fruit, and mixed lettuces with vinaigrette.
- Gently fold in reserved avocado.
- Divide among 6 warmed bread shells.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
