A wonderful blend of shallots, lemons, peppers, and basil energize this guacamole for your game-day crowd.

Instructions
- In medium bowl combine avocados, salsa, lemon peel, lemon juice and garlic salt.
- Stir in bell pepper, basil and shallot
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with tortilla chips or cut vegetables.

Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.
