This is an excellent recipe for a cook out or to take to a pot luck. Everyone always likes it. It is simple and very good.
Ingredients

bag of baby spinach leaves

can of mandarin oranges

ripe California avocados

pkg. of sliced almonds

bottle of Raspberry Vinaigarette Dressing
Instructions
- Use a large salad bowl. Put in the spinach leaves first. Add the mandarin oranges on top.
- Slice two ripe California avocados lengthwise in strips across the top of the salad.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds across the top.
- Then serve with Raspberry Vinaigarette Dressing.
- So easy, but so good.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
