A cool and refreshing dip perfect for a midnight snack or to share with friends at a party.
Ingredients

Instructions
- Peel and remove the pit of the avacado.
- Mix it with the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- If serving for a party or get together, spread the mixture on a cookie sheet or large plate. Cover with shredded lettuce, then cheese and/or tomatoes.
- If making it just to snack on, refrigerate the avacado mixture in the bowl and top with the lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes when you get ready to eat it.
- Serve both with tortilla chips.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
