Ingredients:
- 1 1 1ripe Fresh California Avocado
- 1 1 1oz. OUNCE_USVolumegoat cheese
- 1/4 0.25 0.25tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeonion powder
- 1 1/2 1.5 1.5Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolume chopped cilantro
- 1/8 0.125 0.125tsp. TEASPOON_USVolume black pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/8 0.125 0.125tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumesalt
- 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolume fresh squeezed lime juice
Instructions:
- Combine avocado with goat cheese and mix until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature to let flavors blend. Serve.
- Garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprig of cilantro.
