AVOCADO-CILANTRO BAGEL SPREAD

Ingredients
- 1.000 1 ripe Fresh California Avocado
- 1.000 1 oz.goat cheese
- 0.250 ¼ tsp.onion powder
- 1.500 1 ½ Tbsp.chopped cilantro
- 0.125 ⅛ tsp.black pepper
- 0.000 dash of cayenne pepper
- 0.125 ⅛ tsp.salt
- 1.000 1 Tbsp.fresh squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Combine avocado with goat cheese and mix until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature to let flavors blend. Serve.
- Garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprig of cilantro.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
