Pita bread, California avocado, tuna, lots of vegies and melted cheese sandwich.

Instructions
- Spread pita bread with mayo, then avocado, and then tuna salad.
- Top that with sprouts, a tomato slice or two, a handful of mushrooms, cover with cheese and sprinkle with Spike.
- Bake 375 until cheese is melted (5-10 minutes).
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
