A unique and delicious main dish cutlet that always gets a rave!
Ingredients

Instructions
- Melt butter and blend in flour.
- Add salt, pepper and milk; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add avacado and crab meat; mix well. Cool mixture.
- Shape into 8 cutlets and roll in crumbs, then in egg and again in crumbs.
- In a large skillet, heat oil and brown cutlets on both sides. Serve immediately.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
