California Reed avocado

Instructions
- With stem side up, cut across Reed size 24 or 20, 2 inches down from stem.
- Remove seed.
- Using fork, break down fruit from the woody-skin and mash inside the California avocado.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and salsa to taste.
- You now have your own hand-held Reedamole as a delicious appetizer.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
