Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
- Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar and hot pepper sauce.
- Chill until thickened.
- Fold in California avocado, celery and scallions.
- Pour into 5-cup mold.
- Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold.
- Garnish as desired.
- Prep. Time: 20 min.
- Chill Time: 4 1/2 hours
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
