Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine avocados, lime rind, lime juice, red pepper sauce and garlic salt.
- Stir in crab, green onion and capers.
Serve with warm tortilla chips or toasted sourdough bread.
Try with a glass of brut sparkling wine.
Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.
