Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve over salad greens, and top with mandarin oranges and avocado slices.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
