A delicious and easy quesadilla.
Ingredients

flour tortillas

of your favorite salsa

cup
sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Slice avocado
- On open tortilla, spread 1/4 c grated cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, and 2 tablespoons of salsa
- Broil under a broiler for three minutes
- Enjoy open or fold closed
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
