Small can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve 1-2 Tbls juice)

Instructions
- Avocados should be firm and will dice easily. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss in bowl with the pineapple, cheese and juices to combine.
- Use soon after preparation for best quality.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
