A tasty, very flavorful salsa.
Ingredients

ripe, Fresh California Avocados sliced into small pieces.

tomatoes diced.

can chopped jalepeno mild-med or hot.

green onions chopped.

bunch of cilantro choped

8 oz. cans of tomato sauce, 2 if you want it thick.

med cucumber diced into about 1/2" pieces.

bay shrimp.
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients except the avocados and shrimp into a blender and add water to the top and blend till chopped.
- Pour into a bowl, add the avocado and bay shrimp stir and put into the fridge for an hour or so to chill.
- Have plenty of good chips
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
