Chile Piquin peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Boil Jalapenos in a bowl of water for 10 min in the microwave.
- Drain.
- Using two forks, shred the Jalapenos.
- Stir together with avocado until well mixed.
- Optional: Add crushed chile piquin to taste.
- Squeeze juice of 1/2 lime over top.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
