whole ripe Genuine California avocado

slices whole wheat bread (any kind that is crunchy like healthly choice cracked wheat)

slices extra sweet onion (walla walla)

real mayonnaise

salt and pepper
Instructions
- spread each slice of bread with 1 1/2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
- mash avocodo well, divide in half and put each half on one slice of bread
- cover with one thin slice of onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- cover with the slice of bread
- serve
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
