Delicious Avocado Sandwich. Great for Vegetarians!

slices whole grain bread, or your favorite bread

mayonnaise

ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced

large tomato, sliced

slices Swiss cheese

lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Toast bread, if desired.
- Spread mayonnaise on one half of the bread slices.
- Divide sliced avocados among the other half of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle the avocados with a little salt, then top with tomato slices, the cheese and finally the lettuce leaves.
- Place the bread slices with mayonnaise on top, slice in half and enjoy.
Serving Suggestions:
Cut in quarters for appetizer sandwiches.

Goes great with hot or iced tea.
