A traditional triple decker club with a fresh California twist
Ingredients

whole avocado (about 8 oz.) peeled & sliced

thin slices provolone cheese

slices of whole wheat bread

smoked deli turkey

fresh beefsteak tomato, sliced

to 4 leaves green leaf lettuce

6 slices bacon

to 4 tbsp mayonaisse
Instructions
- Toast bread until desired doneness
- Lay bacon flat on paper towels and microwave 2-3 min. till crispy.
- Spread mayo evenly on all six slices of toast
- Place 3 slices of bacon on each of two pieces of toast.
- place 3 slices of tomato on bacon.
- Place two pieces of lettuce on tomato.
- Top with 1 slice of toast mayo side down.
- Place 4 oz. of turkey on each sandwich.
- Place 1/2 of avocado on turkey.
- Top with 2 slices of provolone and remaining toast.
- Slice from corner to corner & corner to corner again.
- Place a toothpick in each sandwich wedge and lay each wedge crust side down.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
